Pre-Registration Application
Please fill out the form below. Registration fee can be mailed to 909 W. Locust Street,
attn: Sonshine Christian School,
or dropped off during school office hours to the front office of the church.
Registration is on first come/first serve basis.
Your child’s placement will NOT be held until the non-refundable registration fee is received.
